Join us for a relaxing and informative Aromatherapy Workshop designed especially for those who want to learn the basics of aromatherapy for personal use and in the home. Whether you’re interested in supporting your own wellbeing or offering gentle, nurturing treatments to family and friends, this workshop is a perfect introduction.

What’s Included:

• 30 min I will cover the basics of aromatherapy, safety, benefits, contraindications, and how to blend.

• 3hr In-person practical workshop where you’ll learn how to

• Blend the oils  

• Create blends for Reed Diffuser (

  Diffuser included to take home)

• Create blends for Room Spray (100ml spray bottle included to take home)

• Create blends for room Diffusers Sprays or Candle oil burners. ( oil burner not included)

• Hands-on practice with guidance to help, build your confidence and technique, 

  in a friendly, supportive setting.

• Take-home handouts

• 30 min Break Refreshments provided during the session, you can bring a packed lunch if you wish to eat.

This workshop is for personal use on self , friends or family only and is not a professional qualification. It does not permit you to offer Aromatherapy treatments to the general public or charge for services.
